Long-Term Care LPN and CNA Interviews – New Grads Welcome!

Northeast Georga Health System is hiring at our New Horizons Lanier Park and New Horizons Limestone locations.

  • Full-time (7p – 7a or 7a – 7p)
  • Part-time
  • Per diem

As always, the safety of our staff, our patients and their families is the top priority.  Now more than ever, we have implemented additional safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Upon arrival, the staff is screened through a series of questions and temperature is taken  
  • All staff is provided with N95 masks with face shields
  • Gowns are provided for staff treating patients in isolation
Our Lanier Park’s 118-bed long-term care center features semi-private and private rooms, each with its own restroom and cable TV, as well as a cafeteria, dining room, beauty salon, and activity room. One big difference is the size of the physical therapy room.
Northeast Georgia Health System’s transitional care unit is a sub-acute unit located at New Horizons Limestone. Designed to offer medical and rehabilitation services to patients who no longer need the acute nursing care offered on other hospital units but who are not yet ready to be discharged to their homes or to a nursing care facility.
